Our website gets about 380,000 unique visitors per year. We believe our site to be the most visited recreation-oriented Website in the greater Delta region. Some members who are linked to us claim they get 80 percent of their traffic referred to them from this site. 

• CHAMBER OFFICE: The Chamber currently rents office space located at Korth's Pirate's Lair Marina on the Delta Loop. Phone and email messages are responded to by Chamber staff. Member brochures are available free and visitors can purchase maps and guides to the Delta.
• WEBSITE LISTINGS: Each member receives a listing in the Website, which usually includes business name, address and telephone number. We try to list the members in the most appropriate spot in the Website. Some may get listed on more than one page, if appropriate to the topics.
• WEBSITE LINK: Each member gets a website (or e-mail) link. This includes one link on the Member Directory and a other links wherever their web address is mentioned (new members, events, etc.). We encourage our members to provide a (gratis) link from their site back to our site, to do their share to help make our site even more successful.
• ADVERTISING: The Delta Chambers purchases a booth at several local boat shows per year (e.g., NCMA, Pleasanton, Sacramento). Member brochures are placed in the booth and distributed to attendees of the show. Volunteers staff the booth and provide information about the Delta and Chamber members.
• WEBSITE AERIAL PHOTO: If the member can provide us with an aerial photograph of their establishment, we will run a second listing of it with photograph on our Aerial Photos page.
• EVENTS: Member (Delta) events open to the public are listed FREE on our events page, if the member provides the event information. The listing usually includes a telephone contact number and a website link.  Please email your event info.

  • About 8 weeks prior to the event, it also is listed in our E-mail newsletter event listing, which has over 8,300 subscribers. Most events will then be listed in two issues of this popular monthly "publication."

  • About 4 weeks prior to the event, it is copied and placed in our This Week page. It also is placed in our Syndicated Delta Events Feature, which now runs 365 days a year on about 100 Websites and growing.

  • Events are also published in the Bay & Delta Yachtsman each month.
• SYNDICATED EVENTS: We encourage all members with Websites to do their share to help us promote Delta events by placing our Syndicated Delta Events Calendar on their site. It takes no more than 10 minutes to set up, and then you are done.
• CHAMBER MIXERS: We have a Membership Mixer the second Wednesday of every month at various member facilities around the Delta area, 6-7:30 pm. Guests are welcome at our mixers. We encourage you to invite guests.

  • The mixers give members an opportunity to view the facilities of other member establishments. They also are ideal for networking among members.

  • Any business or club members in the Delta area are eligible to sponsor a mixer. Sometimes it is convenient for 2 or more members to join together to co-sponsor a mixer.
