July 3: Mike Alexis from Fairfield caught this 36" 20 plus lbs in Montezuma Slough in Suisun CA. He was using a live muddsucker for bait. There was a 10 inch catfish also in the belly. |
June 16: William caught this Squaw fish at the Antioch Bridge. It was caught on a small piece of bread twisted onto a hook!

May 5: Boris caught his biggest RioVista pier stripers on sardines. 27" 8 lbs. |

May 2: Jerry Yuke broke his largemouth bass record again. 9 days ago on Good Friday, he caught a 9 lbs 11 oz on a black 6" Senko. And then yesterday he broke that record again. This one weighed 11 lbs 0 oz. He got it on a Lucky Craft BDS3 crankbait |
April 23: 14 year, Cole of Santa Cruz with his first fish 37 pound striper caught trolling near Vieira's Resort. |
April 22: Dan Gee, of Sacramento caught a 10lbs. 7oz and 6lbs. 13 oz black bass in Potato Slough on a Green Pumpkin/Watermelon 5" Senko. He broke out previous records. |
April 22: Jerry Yuke caught this fish which went 9 lbs. 11 oz. He broke out previous records. Jerry caught this fish on a 6" Black Senko.

Jan 8: Daniel Rivera went fishing in the Suisun Delta. While fishing the incoming tide around 2 pm with pile worms he landed this 22’’ Striper. |
Oct 10: Six year old Jacob Rottier went fishing and caught his first striper!! The fish weighed in at 7.75 pounds & was 28" long. Jacob
caught the fish using a red rattle trap close to Big Break on an
incoming tide. Congratulations!! |
Oct: Paul Wong & Tony DeMaso were at it again & this time came back with 8 to
12 pounders. There were using rattle traps, fishing the outgoing tide &
were near Sherman when they hooked them. |
Oct: Dennis Piedade Jr. and Dennis Piedade Sr. went out for a day of fishing
on the Mako II and came back with this 4' sturgeon. They caught the
fish around 10:00 a.m. on an incoming tide but the place remains their
secret. |
Oct 4: Dennis Morris & Paul Wong caught this fine selection of stripers ranging
in size from 6 to 15 pounds. They went out early and were
back before noon. They were using rattle traps on the San Joaquin and were fishing an outgoing tide. |
Sept 22: Jenna Cyr caught her first striped bass while fishing with
her Dad, David Cyr, on the San Joaquin River. Jenna used a lure to
catch this 23", 4.5 pound striper. Her face says it all---she is hooked
on fishing & Dad has a new fishing partner! |

Both he & David were using rattle traps. |
