There are other banquet spots for group events such as business meetings, political kick-offs, seminars, etc. Some of these include Tower Park Marina's Pavilion facility, The Point Restaurant in Rio Vista, Delta Bay Marina on Andrus Island's Delta Loop. Some yacht clubs may rent their facilities to members for group events.  Even corporations have rented a number of houseboats, to serve as overnight accommodations.
